Please note during certain times of the year shipping times may be longer than usual due to a higher volume of mail going through the Post Office. I will always do my best to accommodate time frames but once the item(s) are in the possession of the Post Office I have no control over their processing time.

Returns are accepted for non-personalized or custom made items. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or custom made. However, if there is something wrong with your order please contact me at hello@thehandmademom.com.

All order are shipped from San Antonio, TX. Please refer to the banner at the top of the site for the current processing time. Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business days (Monday - Friday). Most orders will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped.
