Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time THM does not accept returns or exchanges on items that have already been processed and packaged. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact me as soon as possible.

Business Days are Monday - Friday

(Not including weekends or holidays)

What is the turn around time for your items?

Turn around times vary depending on the item. Products labeled "Ready to Ship" will ship within 24-48 hours. Items labeled "Made to Order" will range depending on the item.

Do you have options for receiving my items locally?

We do! For customers that are local to San Antonio, TX we offer a few options.

1. FREE local pick up at two different locations.

2. Local delivery to a location that is most convenient to you. ($5 delivery fee)

3. Have your order shipped to your home.

Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Most orders will come with a tracking number that is sent to you via e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
