Do you accept custom orders?

- Yes! I love creating custom orders! Head over to the contact page a fill out the Inquires form.

Are there special instructions for caring for my THM made items?

- Yes, all items are made with love and therefore require a little bit of special care. Shirts and drink ware come with care cards that detail how to care for your specific item.

Do you accept return or exchanges?

- At this time we are NOT accepting returns or exchanges on items that have already been processed and packaged. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact me as soon as possible.

What are your business days?

- Business days are Monday- Friday
(Not including weekends or holidays)

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipped order?

- Yes! Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail

Do you have other options for collecting my items locally?

- We do! There are two options for customers that are local to San Antonio, TX. You have the option of local pick up or local delivery.

How do I select local delivery?

- In the check out process you will see the options "Ship" or "Pick Up" here is where you will need to select "Ship". Once you get to the next page you will have the option to select the shipping time frame as well as the option for "Local Delivery".

Do you ship internationally?

- Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping items to any of the 50 states in the U.S.

What is the turn around time for your items?

- Turn around times vary depending on the item. Items that are labeled "Ready to Ship" will ship within 24-48 hours. Items labeled "Made to Order" will range depending on the item.
